Allie + Scott were married on a beautiful sunny summer day in DeWinton, Alberta – a stone’s throw away from Calgary, but far enough to boast country roads and a landscape of rolling pastures and hay bales. After our initial consultation, one thing was very clear to me – this was wedding was going to be a mint and peach extravaganza of exquisiteness! We had the pleasure of teaming up with the lovely Ali Finch of Modern Pulp Design for all things stationary, which was a great way to incorporate the accent colors. We added other pops of color with the help of custom-made decor pieces, like their initials, pennants and bunting, and paper pinwheels. The venue had a fantastic upper stage, which we used to showcase three feature tables: the candy bar, the dessert and cake table, and the gift table. The head table was adorned with a burlap runner printed with rose polkadots, and an assortment of pinwheels! This wedding included a lot of hand crafted decor – which we would happily do again for these two in a heartbeat!
